Listen in on this conversation with Rayna, speaker and training and leadership consultant. We discussed how it is ok not to be ok, why we need to remind ourselves of that fact so often, and the role of setting boundaries in being a resilient person.
You can make a change now or later. You have the ability to make life better for yourself and the people around you and the little things matter.
Rayna has built the life of a true digital nomad and she is working on her PhD in building a multi-generational workforce. As part of her work, she is building an army of overly confident and kind people. Her motto is to "do better, be better," meaning to do better by the people around you, be more helpful, kind, etc.
She is proud of her dark sense of humor which doesn't go with her bubbly personality. And she is a great example of how a person can be many things and we do not need to fit into anyone else's idea of who or how we should be. Everyone deserves a place, space, and time to discover who they are.
