It will take time for the tanks to be deployed. The effect on the battlefield, well, it depends very much what the Ukrainians plan to do with them. They could use them as some kind of strategic reserve or a counter to Russia's own tank forces. Or they may set up an advanced mechanized brigade with not just these tanks, but also personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles.
