I know a lot of technical people going into more of a managerial role. It can be, you know, it can seem quite overwhelming tasking something that not everyone's as willing to go into. So there was definitely kind of a managerial aspect of my personality that I thought coincided well with the engineering and technical side. But yeah, so that's definitely something many developers don't pay much attention to. And then that does matter.
