Taking Advantage of Vacuums and Gravity

Big cylinder habitats, with centrifugal force acting as their gravity, have low gravity centrs. They can have multible levels inside, or partial levels in the form of platforms along those tethers. Vacuum trains on the external whole is an option, allowing speeds of thousands of kilometers per hour. Habitats permit sky ships, jet packs using combustion or pressurized gas, artificial or syponetic wings and many more. And of course, many people may be travelling digitally, moving around their ward remotely via drones or androids, or even side digita wards and vorta realities.
