Sustainability, training is about finding a sustainable pattern of loading. And my daughter exemplifies this, is when I would tell her, okay, we're going to do three times, eight minutes on the treadmill. She was dealing with her own demons and so forth, and eating disorder and stuff, and we've been open about that. Every darn interval session was a, for her, it was a test of her toughness, and it wasn't sustainable. You know, but that must be quite rewarding too,. because I see like even on our channel, we talk quite a bit about the importance of low intensity running or developing that aerobic base.
