The Future of Fighter Lead in Training
The fighter force has been unfortunately just going through a slow gradual attrition here over the past number of years. As we're looking towards F35 and the numbers of pilots we need that's one area you're going to see an increased emphasis on is producing more phase three jet pilots. That actually kind of rolls into my next question which is who will fly the F35. You expect that to be largely converted F18 pilots, new engraids, mix of both.
