I auditioned for Kelly Clarkson's "American Idol" when I was 16 years old. It was like Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul, really? Yeah, I was a child though. All the things I learned from working in television for years and years and years in my mid 20s, I didn't have any of that yet. So I was like, my voice was shaky and all the TV cameras scared the living piss out of me.
