I think when you share some of those ideas, I think it really starts uncovering things that they almost seem quite common. In an hours meeting, not one single person got to finish their sentence. How often do you argue in a meaning? And what are those arguments like, are they painful and are they attacking? Or are they everyone's all in and we're just trying to get to the best idea? So I think these kind of questions are really important. When you have psychological safety, you can have debate,. You can have dissent, you can having challenge. Without it, you get to that niceness and politeness that we used to have this problem where I used to work
