How to Deal With a Maternity Leave Overpayment

I'm not a lawyer but I think so because all I can do if it was one of my staff members and I'd overpaid them and they're about to go on maternity leave I'll be like all right just go have you been turned to leave. "If you just ever leave you only money because that's effectively a prepayment" he says. 'Just kick the can down the road' is his advice for people who want to take time off from their jobs.
