Am, we're here to serve folks who receive their care through payers that are federal and state funded. And that requires us to really deeply understand the political and policy landscapes that underpin reimbursement from eticate and prometic hare. We could certainly af we could hav built a business that served commercially insured folks when we know that the year the premiers will be rich and the reimbursement is as hefty. That's not what we're here for. It takes time, but we're getting there.
