You could wrap that all up, kind of into one session, you could do those in the inverse order. This is a protocol I like to use a ton on the assault bike: 10 minutes solid warm up recover. And then I'm going to go five minutes and cover as much distance as I can in five minutes. It is brutal and it's amazing. For the three day routine that works very nice because the assumption there is you really only have time for three workouts a week. But we're trying to listen to the pain points that people have with exercise and see if we can give them some solutions for those.
