Garrett: Forest yoga is by far the best we've ever experienced. It's, you know, we hold our trauma in our body and it's using the postures to move that trauma out of the body. And I thought it would be really great for Garrett, not only from his childhood traumas, but also his physical traumas and the scar tissue. He says big wave surfing is still pretty new right? Like figuring out like, how do you prepare for something like this? "You have to be physically sound and strong," he says.
