Will the Trumps Have to Be Deposed in a Civil Investigation?
The trumps have appealed, and the judge ruled that they do not need to testify while the appeal process is under way. I think it has to do with a difference of opinion with the new d a alba brag about where that criminal investigation should go. The idea being they chould somehow incriminate themselves by answering questions in a civil probe. They just lead the fifth amendment write against self incrimination.
