Nestle is launching a line of vegan shrimp made from a kelp blend. I think what we'll see in the milk realm is lots of different coffee shops particularly kind of third wave coffee shops that are trying to do their own thing and prioritize local coffee. Something that is coming up a bit in the old milk space is preservatives and gums and other hard to pronounce ingredients that are used in old milk. There is this pushback where people want vegan milks they want the same ability to not consume dairy but they want it to be a little bit more natural and free of some of these chemicals.
