The Importance of Having a Big Box
The trick is to match the size of the climbing wall to the population that you're trying to serve with it. You really want your space to be climbing as much as possible and be useful space. I always think like if you see a real small wall opening up, it might do well if it's in the right place. But every now and then, you see a large wall opening up in a town. And that's when I think, well, okay, well, I hope you've done a very good deal on the rent. Yes.
