How Much Movement Do You Really Need?
How much of your movement do you actually need just to maintain a version of you and then how much movements left over to pursue what you want to do at Whistler on the tennis court? We don't think about things that way but it's almost like saying to physicians that all you need is pharmaceutical science. But exercise isn't God. Your own natural drive to move and thrive and explore the environment around you and make connections is what movement does. And sometimes exercise helps with that and sometimes it doesn't. So change the damn degree and I think we'll make a bigger difference.
