The Taliban, You Know, Is a Kind of Issue, Right?

In a place like afghanistan, we don't think of justice s like a service that's provided. And so when the people out there need basic institutions in order, again, for things like dispute resolution, one of the things that somebody like the taliban can do is to convince them that they don't need someone like the talaband. In america, for the most part, you know, we take government so much for granted that we could go into a rack and just kind of assume that everything will continue as before.
