The Differences Between JavaScript and the Browser

The editors draft in here is kind of interesting because they talk about like what a file should do. And to me, I guess I don't necessarily understand how this is different than the one that exists in the browser today. The file input consists of two parts, a button and a label. Clicking the button opens the file dialogue controls local file. There's also popover in here. It feels like it's giving you access to more JavaScripty things withoutjs.
