Is There a Way to Add Tags to Photos?

ap wl just made nice ap eyes for tagging images with stuff. It seems like at some point that should be a thing, even if it's not exposed in the default. You can add tags to photos, but they don't really show up anywhere else, really. I use captions to make the search semi usable a lot of time. Yet you can search just schedule co so the stuff like that, where, you like, all the pieces are there.
