Virginia Beach, New Jersey - The Case of a Suitcase Victim

William McGuire, better known as Bill, was last heard from almost a month ago. Police ran his name through their database and found no record of the man having been reported missing. He did have a minor felony offense dating back to the early 80s for adopting aliases to write fraudulent checks. His fingerprints had been kept on file, which detectives sent for comparison against the suitcase victim.
