Positivism is in my... It'd be hard to think of a more foolish philosophical framework than positivism. And the reason, frankly, is self-evident if you think about it. The viewpoint that positivism is true is itself not a scientific statement. Positivists aren't even consistent in their own viewpoints, let alone in a position to critique other people. So, science... Science is just nonsense.
