CHAPTER

The Effects of Occlusion on Functional Outcomes

We saw no evidence in this study of a significant number of occlusive events. And so this really means that if you then look at 100 patients, maybe four extra patients are live at six months, but with poor functional outcome and really significant disability. Well, thank you to Russell, Brian, and Steven. And we're going to now hand out Karim to dissect the results. Good morning everybody. On behalf of the patch team, which as Russ said was a very large number of people, a large number of paramedics that really made that extra effort and also pre-hospital physicians. Thank you all for your interest in this.
