If you are binging on live news updates and getting like constant pings, almost like scrubbing through Facebook, that becomes you're creating a more toxic reality for yourself. Just being in the toxic state is debilitating and it compromises your ability to act with the use of all of your brain. The next tool is called you are a tiny piece of the moon. So if you are in a state of panic and overwhelm, the best thing you can do is contribute to the world's tide of positivity by doing something positive.
