There is a world in which, in an election campaign, Labour actually lands a really bold, exciting manifesto. And then suddenly, those concerns are put to bed if they manage to have two days or two or three days of really good coverage on it. The problem they've got now is if they launched a big policy now, the government might nick it, or people get bored of it. They're like, OK, fine. You're going to reinvent the entire health service.
