Is It Necessary to Identify as a Christian?

It is, i think, de stop publicly identifying yourself by a partisan identity. Before you do anything that publicly states your opinion, take this first step, find some one in your life that holds that other view. It doesn't have to be a great friend, but just somebody that you can have a conversation with that holds the other view. Can you articulate that opposing view in terms that the other person would agree? Ye, you have accurately represented my view. That's got to be the bar that's set before you can flame or express an opinion, or express your outrage at the opposing view.
