"I did 4.35 and three set of chain for 12 doubles every 20 seconds," he said. "My back was so cramped right down my, I say, you should cram down your records down into your hips." Tommy's body is built to run at a faster pace than his competitors' because they're used to running long distances with no rest in between. He doesn't eat as much food now but still eats like one ton of food per day.
