The Power of Words
The word can allow your brain to start simulating or predicting. We hypothesize that we can feel emotions that don't exist in our own culture. It's not clear that what we're feeling is exactly the same as what someone would feel, but it may not be identical. So one of the most powerful or exciting things I think outlined in your book is that we are architects of our own experience or our realities. And because we construct the world in which we live, we have a greater responsibility than we might imagine.
