Stream Topologies - How Can You Start With One Team?
I would like to take that a step further and start talking with folks about stream topologies. When you think about a value stream, it's multiple teams working together in a relay essentially. So you have teams that are common dependencies of other teams. You've got maybe five product teams that rely on a shared services team or, you know, an audit capability or legal approval. How you think about the flow inside of each one of those is non-trivial. But then I think there's room to define what that looks like at an organizational level.
