Is There a Balance Between Prioritization and Productivity?

It's impossible to figure out what the next thing we're supposed to be working on is without talking to traders a lot. I feel like one of the things that is super hard is there's all this pressure to balance, right? On some level, you want to provide the stream of features that your users want and figure out what's important to them... And then you also want to work on things that make you more efficient in the short term. So places where you can clean up technical debt, improve the architecture of this or that piece of the code base.
