I talked to him at the Congressional hearings in 95. I walked up to Jeff Jamar and said, you know, why did you not believe he was writing? He said, well, I still, I'm still not sure. And I said, have you read the first seal that survived on the disc? Because they typed it tonight before. We've got good evidence that he wrote it in was going to write the others. At that point, the negotiating team was following that trail. The tactical team had already decided what they were going to do. They've been planning that actually very early on to maybe use the CS guess as one technique to get them out and ending it.
