How to Relax in a Hypnotic State

Imagine that you are looking at the muscles in the tips or the toes of your left foot. Turn all those muscles loose and let them grow limp and lazy, just like a handful of loose rubber bands. Follow these muscles as it does move into the ball of the foot, back into the arch and all the way back into the heel. And take a deep breath in again, and relax, out and exhale. Slowly close your eyelids, if you haven't already. Now your eyelids are closed and you are ready to go into a hypnotic state of mind.
