Prototyping and Piloting: Practical Applications

The first one is what you might call prototyping or piloting. You've got an idea, right, you've got a plan. And then you iterate and you know, you learn from iteration which is 75% successful, 25% unsuccessful, to 25% unsuccessful is useful. So it's not why you're going to reach perfection. The failure of it isn't not useful because it'll give us loads of information about what fails. I mean, failure isn't the greatest thing in the world, but fact is that you do learn from it.
