When You Love Something, Let It Go

As an instructor, you put so much into some one and share them your best stuff. One day they say, hay, like, i'm thinking about doing this because i love so much. I want to open my own school and do my own thing. And as the instructor wot this person, you're not going to see them as much any more. You shouldn't be intimidated or threatened or angryr feel betrayed if one of your students wants to take their game to the next levelddopen their own gim. In mentorswill, this should be something that you celebrate to not something that is a sad moment or something that makes you angry.
