Many even of the authorities believed in him, but for fear of the Pharisees they did not confess it lest they should be put out of the synagogue. He who rejects me and does not receive my sayings has a judge, the word that I have spoken will be his judge on the last day. The book of Proverbs 6 verses 1 through 5: Save yourself like a gazelle from the hunter, like a bird from the hand of the fowler.
