What's the best question a leader can ask? Od, that's a good one, cause there's just so many. I would say it was like asking, no, what do i not know that i don't know? What is your potential blind spot for that person? Or perhaps you sought, you softpedled it and didn't give the direct feedback that you needed to. Look, if you get feedback and you don't just say thank you for it, even if you're totally angry, you'll never get it again.
