The Different Types of Headache Disorders
In terms of chronic pain as a general continuum from musculoskeletal, local issues within the joints or the muscle system and the receptors. Things like fibromyalgia or phantom limb pain are largely conditions of central sensitization that is being generated due to a maladaptive output of the central nervous system. These are not psychosomatic disorders or there may be psychological contributors if we're looking at the bioscico-social model. It's just different challenges that people have to live with.
