The book is about finding the courage inside of ourself to say, i am comfortable to be crucified by love. Me that if we are vulnerable, we are going to be more sensitive to pain and more sensitive to joy. We cannot allow ourselves to be less sensitive to pain without numbing joy. If we dim the light of a fire, we dim the heat that it may inflict upon us, but we also dim the light ye that guides us.

Sebastian Siegel is a British American screenwriter, director, author, and actor from Oxford, England. His new movie is Grace and Grit, based on the American philosopher Ken Wilber’s, 1991 memoir.
