Climbing - How Do You Keep Your Joints in Good Health?

When you are about to do a big climb, or just a very strenuous a climbing work at em, i am sure, if you do anywhere, maye talk about it. I always warm up pretty pretty gently when i can. If i'm in it climbing jim, then i just warm up on a handful of easy roots, and then, and then start the harder ones later. And how have you seen climbers keep their elbows and joints in good health? Is there there any particular approaches that i think i havei i don't think there's like, n easy answer to that kind of stuff.
