What Is Your Highest Level of Rest Deficit?
I'm curious, what do you say to people who push back and say, there's just no way i have time to implement even half of this. I think even the concept of there being seven types of rest might just be so overwhelming for people to even consider trying any of them. It has to be matched up with something i am already doing. And by paring it a habit i already have, then it more easily becomes a restorative habit because i'm not having to create space for it.
