When you start to have these organizational habits that just cuts down on a lot of friction and like a lot of sludge and a lot of noise. And then the last thing that I thought we could just talk about a little bit is participation. So one of the things I hear a lot from groups that've been working with for like three months or less is they are surprised by the shared airtime in every kind of meeting that we facilitate when they compare it to their typical or traditional meetings.
