Dropping the Ball on Your Own Work
The easiest thing for me to drop the ball on is my own work. Even if i try blocking off, like me time, it's easy to eat away at that. And those are the balls that end up getting dropped. I just make sure i kind of keep open space, and i know it will happen. But in the long run, i'll feel better if i'm doing things that continue to bring me alive.
