You can move the cause forward by building the smallest viable audience and serving them well. The number of people who want this today is very low. If you're going to 1,000 people avoid needless surgery and you can help five doctors feel like they are doing something that they are proud of, that's a good year's work. And you'll get paid well if you do that. But it's because you said, I'm looking for people who get the joke. And if they don't get the joke, good luck to you.
