What Are the Limitations of Sociocracy?

It's hard to make aesthetic choices with sociocracy. Any one time decision that you can't have check in on is very difficult. People often think it's a limitation in large groups, but really it's just a matter of breaking it up into sub groups. I want sociocrity to be seen as a vilable governmance,. alternative for everything in the world. So i think it would be the best if companies ran veasociocraty. If there were governments that ran using sociocrities - and not just schools and non profits.
