Why Do We Want the Book of Mormon to Be Historical?
Kaisa: In my perfect little world, if I looked up like scripture in our Bible dictionary, I wish it said what you just said. That scripture is any written text that connects us in some way to our higher selves or to God. Susan: It's also worth asking the question, why do we want it or need it to be historical? Why is that important to us? Kaisa: As someone who again approaches the Book of Mormon differently, but I still, for the most part, love and enjoy the text.
