How to Find a Good Elder in Your Church

There are used to hearing people complain about this or that in the church. Well, so what do the elders do? I think they have to fundamentally know, uh, is there somebody in our, in our church? And presumably it's going to be on our eldership and probably if it's a large church on our staff. Step one, look inside. Yeah. Or do we need to look out and no one here either wants it or we think should serve in that way. That's awkward. They might resolve down to two names, three names that you could look at pretty quickly.
