Tatiana: It's important to remember that for data scientists, especially in this domain, there's so much that the next people don't know. And you look at leadership and you assume, because somebody has a v p title, that they have some sort of superior insight. You really have to train people. When you're going to say, i don't know to your people on a regular basis, you have to train em for that.
