The Pre-Existing Chinese Intelligence Facility on Cuba
The Wall Street Journal reported last week, I believe that Cuba and China had reached a deal to have China establish a listening facility on the island. The New York Times then reported that in fact, the listening facility already existed and had been a problem for the U.S. government since the Trump administration. Remember the Cuban Missile Crisis, which I will say I personally did not find.
