The Four Ways of Working With Anger

Buddhism is a system of four types of meditation. The heart base practices help us feel into ourselves and how painful it is actually to feel the anger, even though there are some enjoyable things about it. And then with the sameta we're running over this thing that's really bugging us in our minds. We're just suffering every time that we think of it. This was a way of working with those feelings that helped us be ok in our environment. To me, this is part wai love buddhism, and feel that it's so relevant for us as modern people... It's extremely practical.
