Is Baptism a Good Thing to Measure?
In the 12 months preceding that, baptisms actually went up. Loveitt: I think it tells us a bit of a story f what's happening under the hood. The average number of people that churches are baptizing is five people for every hundred people in attendance and so if your church has a thousand people in attendance, i would expect probably between 50 and 60 people onav age to go public with their faith through baptism.
