The Supreme Court Ruled Six Three in Favor of the Osha Vaccine Mandate
The supreme court ruled six three yesterday against the biden administrations attempt by the occupational safety and health administration to force faccinations on employees of businesses with more than 100 employees. In his dissent, justice thomas wrote that though the center for icare and medicate services has authority to publish rules and regulations necessary to the agencies functioning, the vaccine mandate has no more than a tangential connection to the management of medicare and medicad. Shannand: This seems like a complete and total political calculation. I think they made a political calculation here, as my analysis is what it is you're governed by an administrative state.
